Prospective authors are invited to submit papers in either formats prescribed by AIP (no page limit for AIP) or IEEE (standard IEEE conference two-column format, six pages maximum). Authors can opt among AIP or IEEE for publishing the article and prepare manuscript as per the corresponding prescribed format.
